Swordfish There exists a world within our world. A world beneath what we call cyberspace. A world protected by firewall, passwords and the most advanced security systems. In this world we hide our deepest secrets, our most incriminating information, and of course, a whole lot of money. This is the world of Swordfish. Here’s a little bit about the plot: Gabriel (John Travolta) a charismatic and dangerous spy has sets his sights on a hidden cache of funds that has accumulated in a Drug Enforcement money-laundering scheme, code-named (Swordfish). This money has just been sitting there gaining interest. Gabriel thinks this money belongs to nobody; it’s bad money basically. So why not take it for good use. Gabriel, a patriot of sorts has his own idea on international terrorism and needs a slush fund to fuel the cause. To pull off a cyber-heist of this magnitude requires the services of one of the world’s top hackers. Stanley Jobson (Hugh Jackman) is the man for the job, having already destroyed the FBI’s central computer that was holding information for Big Brother like surveillance on Americans … the plot thickens enjoy the film.
