Busy is not the word! Where does the time go, I don't know. I have just done some filming in Prague for movie first called Ugly Americans and then an Untitled Montecito Project???. I went to Japan to film a new Japanese production, I play 'The Extractor' in a film called 'Tooth' and i'm currently also working on a film called 'Hollywood Flies' in Saskatchewan. My next project will be an English production called 'Guns, Money and Homecooking'. I have made a new commercial for Bacardi which is on TV at the moment, and also done a poster campaign for MFI

BBC3 have been following me and the family for the last 6 months, and the results have just started to air. The show is called "Vinnie" and goes out on BBC3 at 9.00pm (GMT) on a Monday night. The same show is shown at 23.45 (GMT) on a Tuesday on BBC1. There are 20 episodes in all. I have also been in South Africa filming "Blast/Ultimatum" with Eddie Griffin. I play a leading role, in this action/comedy movie.
Hot off the presses! At the end of January, after finish filming The Big Bounce, I am going to South Africa to make a film called provisionally 'Blast' or 'Ultimatum'.

Sorry I have not been in touch recently, but as you can well understand, I have been really busy. I'm now back in the UK, after a whistle stop tour all over the world. I have just finished shooting a brand new advert in Barcelona, as a follow up to last years Bacardi commercial. The new Advert should be out on UK TV in May, and I can tell you it looks really cool and should be fun for you all to watch. I then got on the plane and flew to the US, where I promoted the release of 'Night at the Golden Eagle', by doing loads of interviews for TV, newspapers and the radio, with my new friend James Caan who also appears in the film. A flight over to Sydney in go and do some Mean Machine promotion (I couldn't make it to the premiere, which was on May 9th), then to Melbourne, doing more promotion, and would you believe it... ...back to Sydney! Then back to LA, this time to have some really important discussions with film companies, regarding some new parts that I will tell you all about when it's all finalised. And now I'm back home in the UK for a bit of a sit down! On the 17th - 20th May I went to Monaco with my wife, to present an award at the 'World Sports Awards' It was really good to mix with some sporting greats from past and present Coming up on 26th May, I will be taking part in the 'Soccer Sixes'. This is a celebrity football team tournament, held at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge. My team is called 'Hollywood United' and contains myself, Steve Jones from the 'Sex Pistols' Jason Statham and Jason Fleming from 'Lock Stock' and Actor and devoted West Ham Supporter, Ray Winstone. Other members are yet to be confirmed. I have just finished filming the new Westlife video click here to see some of the images. I have also just bought a new horse called 'Smoking Barrel'. It will be running in June 2002 on the flat with Frankie Dettorri as jockey. Added: 19th March 2002  Added: November 20th 2001 CLIC - Was a great success I have just finished a little trip to New York, wandering around Brooklyn, New York. This was great fun, filming for the new Bacardi advert. Luckily I got back before the tragic events unfolded on September the 11th, but my prayers go out to all those affected in whatever way by the attacks on the US. I did a bit of modelling for JCB and received ' best dressed man' award. Thank you very much. I have been working really hard on the re-launch of my autobiography 'My Life'. If you registered your name and email with us you will have found out about some of the book signings I have been doing, we like to keep all you fans informed about these type of things. Film wise, Mean Machine is in the can, and will be released in the UK at the end of the year. |
